Their unique design features help to reduce impact forces, while returning energy, and helping motion control. One size fits all adults. These insoles feature a 3-pod GRF modulation system, a combination of a forefoot pad, metatarsal dome, and first ray drop zone, these insoles will help cushion, stabilize, and support your feet straight out of the box, helping to promote a more efficient stride and push-off.
I ordered the insoles for men's shoes, but was sent the insoles for ladies shoes. VERY disappointing. I have emailed OmniGoodies, so let's see what their support is like.
I'll start this off by saying - I have literally never written a review (and I likely won't again). If this review results in one person that was on the fence purchasing this item, then it will have been worth it. I'm a big guy - 6'7 and 295 lbs. I've dealt with foot pain (Plantar fasciitis) for most of my adult life. Every day that I woke up - the second my feet hit the floor, it felt like I had broken bones. As a big guy, you typically don't have many shoe options either. To work, I wear Sperry boat shoes (awful for your feet) and for casual wear - I typically wear Vans (probably even worse). After ONE DAY of wearing these insoles, I'm ready to write a 5 star review. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I woke up free from foot pain (after wearing my Sperrys for the entire previous day). Do yourself a favor and test these out. Don't be like me and fret over the fact that they are $30 - because they're worth double that.
When I first tried these out in my Nike SFB coyote boots that come with Zero Arch support I thought they had too much support but after walking in them for a few days and then going on a 5 mile ruck march (hike with a 80lb bag) I found that these were absolutely wonderful and apparently exactly the right amount of Arch support for me. I have a medium Arch that was on the verge of collapsing do to my job (active duty 11b infantry US Army) which requires me to be on my feet the better part of 12 hours a day. In addition shipping was fairly quick given I bought these while deployed to Afghanistan and they got here in 6 days through APO address. They also dry out fairly quick if your feet sweat a lot (average temp here 107). In closing definitely worth buying soldier approved.
Supposed one size fits all, but at its biggest only equivalent to men size 9. Too small for me
I'm am so glad I found you n Facebook ad! I have RA and am walking on bones on my metatarsals. Now that I found them I can walk without pain!! I forgot what it felt like to be able to walk without pain! Thank you thank you thank you! I showed my chiropractor and he was very impressed and he is going to recommend them for his paitents! Can't have a better review then that!
